01 / The drawing direction
What we try to keep.
A caricature should feel like the person in the photo, even when the marks become simpler. These choices guide the style; each AI result can still vary.
Ink with character
The drawing direction favors bold black marks, open paper and simplified features. A small expression can matter more than a lot of shading.
One person, one photo
The current workspace is made for a single clear portrait photo. A visible face, hair and even light give the drawing a better starting point.
02 / What you see here
Studies and results are different.
The fictional portraits on this site are original style studies. They show the visual direction, not what the generator produced from someone’s photograph. We label AI-generated results separately and will show real photo-to-portrait comparisons only with permission from the people pictured.

Clear about the process.
Choosing a photo only prepares it on your device. Once you start a generation, our private storage keeps the source for up to 24 hours and a finished portrait for up to 30 days. The image provider’s handling is separate from those site storage periods.
